GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Bee Shic Shoetique ships from Florida and Alabama.

Standard shipping orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & holidays) upon verification of payment completion.

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS. For all  U.S. domestic orders $75 or less and if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, your order is then eligible for a Flat rate shipping cost of $8.95.

Domestic Expedited shipping can take up to 2-3 business days via USPS. Expedited Shipping is available for $25.95 per order.

International shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive at the destination. International shipping cost are calculated at check-out once the billing and shipping addresses are entered.

Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees which are imposed once the package reaches destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Bee Shic Shoetique cannot determine or predict what these fees are. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local custom office for details. International orders retuned due to non delivery will be subject to original shipping and return shipping fee and be subject to total loss.

We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic U.S orders $75+ (after discounts/rebates/coupons are applied and before shipping cost) .

We offer FREE expedited shipping for all U.S orders $200+

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility you can track your order from shipment to delivery.

Bee Shic Shoetique cannot control the status of your shipment after it has been released from our facility and is not liable for delivery circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience.

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as 'Delivered' to the address that you have given us. 

SHIPPING FAQs

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you. Of course Bee Shic Shoetique will do our best to help resolve your dispute if possible.
