At Bee Shic Shoetique we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. Customer satisfaction certainly is our priority. Please see the following return policy information, as we aim to make returns hassle-free. .


We will be happy to accept returns if the items meets our Return Approval.

To meet return approval, return item(s) must be in Unworn and Unaltered with original product boxes/tags attached.

  • Shipped item(s) to be postmarked for return within 60 days of original delivery receipt.
  • Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a refund or store credit. 
  • Sale items purchased with a code that includes 50OFF are final sale and not eligible for a return. Selected promotions/sales sent via email or promoted via social media or displayed on website banners will indicate if the promotion/sale is final sale.
  • Store credits never expire and can be used at any time at your convenience.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item is returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed on orders that are: 
  • Refused by the customer at the time of USPS Delivery or 
  • Returned due to an undeliverable address



Defective/damaged item(s) must be reported within 7 days of package receipt via USPS, if not reported we will not issue store credit. Please attach photo of damage/defect when submitting return.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. 

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to

If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photos of items received and the packing slip enclosed with the item(s).




 To return your item(s), follow the instructions below:

  • Pack and secure item(s) in box with the packing slip that came with the order. Your order confirmation page is acceptable as well.
  • Purchase and place shipping label of your choice on the package.

We recommend shipping your item(s) with a tracking number so that you know your item has been received by us. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive the item(s).

Item(s) received that do not meet the return policy requirements will be returned to the address on the order. If an item is Approved, a refund or store credit will be issued via email within 7 business days after receipt of your returned item(s).
